We offer a full range of heating and cooling services, including furnace and air conditioning installation, repair and preventative maintenance for homes and businesses. We also specialize in commercial refrigeration, including walk-in coolers and freezers, and install ventilation hoods for industries such as welding shops, labs and restaurants. Lewis Bros Inc has been Coleman’s trusted HVAC partner since 1938.
Do you handle emergency issues?
Yes. We provide emergency service for our existing customers. Whether it’s a furnace failure in the dead of winter or an air conditioner breakdown during a summer heat wave, our team responds quickly and treats every call with urgency and care, because you’re not just a customer, you’re a neighbor.
Is Lewis Bros Inc licensed and insured?
Yes. Lewis Bros Inc is fully licensed and insured. Our team meets all state and industry standards, so every installation, repair and maintenance visit is done safely and professionally, and we stand behind our work.
How quickly can you schedule an appointment?
Most appointments are scheduled within 24 to 48 hours, depending on availability and how urgent the problem is. For emergencies we prioritize same-day service whenever possible. Call us at 989-465-6391, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, and we’ll get you on the schedule as soon as we can.
How do you charge for services?
We offer transparent, fair pricing based on the service you need. Most service calls start with a diagnostic fee that covers the technician’s assessment and is often applied toward the repair if you move forward. For installations and larger projects we provide upfront estimates, so there are no hidden fees or surprises.
What areas do you serve?
We serve homes and businesses across Central and Northern Michigan: the Lower Peninsula from M-46 north to the Mackinac Bridge, Lake Michigan to Lake Huron. That covers 40 counties, from our home counties of Midland, Isabella, Clare and Gladwin up to the Straits. See our full service area.
